The selection is wide the prices are competitive and the service is amazing from the sales counter to the pick up they are all amazing The after service is incredible. Fabio was always able to answer my questions send email sheets of plumbing etc even weeks later he was available to answer any questions regarding the products I will come back every time I need bathroom products. Fantastic selection of products, knowledgeable and courteous staff, this is not like the big box stores where you have to chase someone to help you and when you do find someone they have no clue what they are talking about. The Bain depot team listens to your needs and points you in the RIGHT direction. Will definitely be back.

my wife and I went to this store in blainville we needed a few items. The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly and found us exactly what we were looking for. The prices were very affordable I would Recommend them 100%. Thank you again keep up the great work.

Bain depot has absolutely lost my business forever. My husband and I were ignored and not given ANY service whatsoever, not even a hello or acknowledgement that someone was coming to serve us. When leaving, we complained of the lack of service and were later followed to our car by a sales representative, which was unprofessional in every sense of the word. Being 5 months pregnant I was caught off guard by how aggressive he was towards us, his hostility and full removal of his face mask so close to us. I have NEVER seen this type of unprofessionalism in ANY establishment and hope others are never treated this way. I would give 0 stars if I could.
