It was lovely having office space at the Blake House. We had offices in the Blake House on Blake Street first and then on St Martin's Lane ( as we needed bigger space) and both had been great. Met lovely people, enjoyed the office banter during the breaks. Never had any problems with internet or post! All worked absolutely fine. Really recommend it!

I’d give it more stars if I could, a fantastic building, beautiful decor. A very happy and warm feeling from the minute you walk in. Staff are always helpful & friendly. If you are looking for an office or office services in York. Look no further, this is your place.

Excellent service and a great place to work. The one star reviews seem to be from Google accounts solely created to place negative reviews here. Reviews posted just after the accounts were created and the accounts haven't placed reviews anywhere else. I've had absolutely no issues with the lovely staff at Blake House. Katie and Wendy are always extremely professional. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
I’ve never been lucky enough to be a tenant here (I’m too far away) but had a tour around the place some time ago. The facilities and atmosphere are outstanding. The one star reviews are fake, from someone with a grudge against the company. Ask the actual tenants their views....
