THEY ARE AMAZING. My wedding dress was covered in dirt from bridals and I had two days until my wedding. I found them and asked them to do it within a day. They spent over 5 hours delicately fixing it. Then they had me inspect it before putting it in the bag. PERFECTION. I also had them “preserve” my dress after the wedding and once again they had me inspect it before boxing it. They then boxed it and put it in the most beautiful package. I recommend them in every way. Cleanliness, friendly, professional, and punctual.

Owner was amazing! In an emergency they went on and beyond to help me!! I needed my wool coat cleaned the same day, and they were able to accommodate me, and stayed open late so I would have my coat in time!! Thank you!! They did an excellent job!! My coat had been dropped and was extremely dirty, it is now fresh and just like new!! Thank you!!

Customer Service at its finest. I had a rush job as a photographer and my model needed a stain removed from her dress, and Luis came through with flying colors, the photos looked great. Thank you for getting me out of tough “spot” ……. Absolutely worth 5 stars. Perfect.

amazing company. i left laundry there and had to fly back to new york unexpectedly and they helped me out greatly by shipping it via UPS. giving me cost options as well so i wasn't blindsided with a big bill. stand up company and when i'm back in utah i'll definitely go back! thank you.

I've read all the reviews, Bairds may not be the best, but we've never had such dry cleaning tragedies , like some have. I have been a customer for decades. I love the drop off window. There drive up is usually the 1st to get daffodils in the Spring. It is an Old School Orem Institution! If they need better training for the staff, I hope they use the reviews for a wake up call. Take care of this valued business. We want you‼️

He doesn’t even deserve one star. The owner cares about no one else except himself. He literally has a towing company monitoring PARKING spaces that are NOT clearly marked as his company’s.. which is attached to a building with several other businesses. AND he’s not even open on Sunday and had our car towed. Don’t do business with this man. He does not care about the utah community, and literally makes other people’s lives miserable.

My experience here was amazing, I brought my suit that was dirty for months. I was treated with professionalism, it took only 24 hours for them to get it ready for me.... I was thinking about buying a brand new suit but after I had a dry clean I didn’t need to do that anymore, The price was really cheap I saved a lot of money.

I dropped off my wedding dress after my bridal photos and they were able to get it done in under 2 days. They were amazing! They got every spec of dirt out and they made it look even better than when I bought it! I would definitely recommend them.
