Can you give -1? Constantly losing my order - not ordering my order, rude staff, leave you waiting for ages. A shop that closes for a lunch break?!?! Don’t know why Boots has a monopoly in Blandford? I didn’t think monopolies were allowed? And now with you having to stipulate with your GP where your prescription is going - you have no choice at all - unless you can drive!!

Boots in BLANDFORD Forum main store is amazing with their customers.
Rang them, and someone just answered the call but kept talking to her colleague as if I wasn't on the call, just left the phone on, talking and laughing behind the scene. Disappointed by this poor service
30 march. Waited outside in queu for over 2 hours in freezing winds, something needs to be done. Not the staffs fault but Boots administration has never been the best.
