Made a complaint about my concerns regarding an unauthorised electricity cable being run to my garage by another tenant.This was done on the 20/8/2019.Still no action as of the 17/9/2019.I am very concerned over the safety of my tenants at thus address at 64 Mimosa Way Paignton as they have no access to this due to the actions of your tenant at number 60.

We have been left with out running water for four days, been past from piller to post, we now have to wait till main office hours to report it because we've gone this long, we've only gone this long because of them! We had to buy water yesterday just for essentials and that's gone against us, we have a burst pipe in the bathroom and water dripping from our loft and not to mention they sent someone out to fix our boiler even though we never reported it broken we had to turn it off due to incorrect information given to us by them, I am fuming at the lack of care and response from them. If possible I'd advise you to AVOID them at all costs.
