The receptionist i spoke to was a disgrace. if i spoke to my clients like that i wouldn't have a business. Rude, unhelpful, arrogant. *** There is a nice receptionist there! She phoned this morning was so helpful!

Receptionists sound angry and annoyed that you've called them and make you feel like a burden for needing to see a doctor. Doctors usually don't listen to your symptoms or needs when it comes to mental health and seem to just want to rush you off of the phone; you end the phone appointment feeling even more confused and upset. I get put off making phone calls because it's very rare that I will speak to the same doctor and each of them seem to just give you different advice or medication making it very hard to follow through with what they have said and actually make any positive recovery.

The reception staff are normally polite and helpful but I had a bad experience with secretary. They sound annoyed that you even called them and want something from them. They use very unprofessional tone. Also one of the doctors was rude and had zero empathy, support and understanding of mental health.Making you feel like you’re taking his time and just wanting to rush o off the phone not listening to you at all!! This should be a place where you feel welcome and taken care of!!! That’s what they get paid for!

I had been a loyal patient for 20 years, but it has gone very downhill. This surgery claims to not be open during the COVID pandemic. As a result they prescribed my son with 3 courses of antibiotics which caused him abdominal pain and we had to go to UTC in Colchester. As a result we have now transferred to another surgery as we do not feel safe at Blandford.
