Very bad customer service, they discriminate against you and they won't open an account for your business if you are not \Catalan\. Gave them all documentation, and they never called back, they make us wait for months and make us waist a lot of time...I do not recommend it at all. Do someone knows a friendly bank that can be cool with the people in this town? Molt mala atenció a client, et discriminen i no et obren un compte si tu no ets català. Les deixes la teva documentació, i després mai et escriuen ni comuniquen per telèfon, et deixen esperant durant mesos ... No ho recomano a l'absolut. Muy mala atención al cliente, te discriminan y no te abren una cuenta si tu no eres catalán. Les dejas tu documentación, y luego nunca te escriben ni se comunican por teléfono, te dejan esperando durante meses... No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
