Cala Sant Francesc (also known as Cala Bona) is a typical Costa Brava beach and, as such, is one of my preferred beaches world wide. It is a mid sized beach with tiny pebbles instead of sand, it has rocks and trees on each side, it holds all basic services (WC, shower, chiringuito,..) and it is great for snorkeling. Perfect. Only drawback -as all Costa Brava beaches in summer time- is that it was pretty crowded. Even worst: now seems to be quite usual to pay parking for any slot nearby the beach (7 per day in average...quite more if you pay by the hour). Anyway, totally recommended!

Absolutely loved this place. Had the pleasure of spending the day with my wife, sunning ourselves on this beautiful beach. Was accessible via a man made footpath which also allowed us to investigate the area. It had public shower and toilet facilities and there is also a café/bar (Cala Bona) serving food and drinks.
Beautiful beach, it is a pebble beach, no sand. Lots of great places to take photos. The sea is crystal clear.
Lovely cove for swimming, with large restaurant on the beach. Pedalo was great fun, showers on beach and clean toilets. Packed on Sunday by 1pm. We found meter parking nearby on the street in the blue zone at 11am with only a short walk to the beach.
Ok beach, nice views from the path along the coastline
Nice place
Really nice beach. A bit further from city of Blanes, but still walking distance for those who enjoy easy hiking tours with nice viewpoints
Beautiful beach in a small bay. Great cafe/restaurant at the back of the beach.
