Absolutely great assortment of products and - more important - a very efficient team. Both the principal manager Anna and the consultant Tamara Nazaryan were extremely helpful - on quality, catalogs, design ideas and search. Tamara was super efficient in searching answers and contacting suppliers - took her few minutes/hours what other stores require days and weeks! Thank you, I shall come back any time I will need construction materials.

This place is a total disaster in large part because they are monopolists in the area. They did a bait and switch on materials that we ordered months ago. And their customer service teeters beyond indifferent and manages to be rude. Aquest lloc és un desastre total. Ens van oferir un pressupost per materials que vam demanar. Mesos després d’acceptar el pressupost I triar la resta de decoració en conseqüència, els materials van resultar ser diferents I el que haviem triat era el doble de preu. Potser el pitjor és el seu servei d'atenció al client, no només indiferent sino en ocasions groller.
