My husband and I had a drain that backed up in the basement area. The service man that was sent out name is Mike. He was absolutely amazing! I appreciate the education that he shared with me regarding the plumbing issue and how to try & be proactive in preventing this problem. He used visual aids by walking with me over to the pipe areas and teaching me the chemistry of what goes on when the System is working properly. He also reminded me the correct way and the importance of flushing the toilets that would also make a difference in the pipe system. No technician had ever done this before. He was truly an angel!! His mannerism spoke volumes. This company is blessed to have this young man servicing the community at large. These are unprecedented times and he truly brought the sunshine today and made a difference. Thank you!

I like this company. Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I've used them before, to install a new Trane furnace and A/C, two years ago. It needed regular maintenance and cleaning, because I neglected to have Blau come out sooner. The Technician, Dave, was very professional and relaxed. I asked him several questions and I received my answers. In other words, his answers weren't overly technical, and I had no problem understanding him. I was truly impressed with his level of expertise and would recommend this company to my friends and family. On a side note, I left while Dave was here and he completed the work, without me watching. In closing, I am happy that I found this Company, because they stand-by their products and services. I have to mention, that Dave had his mask on the entire time he was here. I never saw him without the mask covering his nose and mouth! That was important to me and it shows they care about their customers, like me.

Outstanding service. Exceptional response. Excellent technician. Early morning - no heat. Called mid-morning, technician arrived by noon, had problem diagnosed and repaired by mid-afternoon. I got to work on time - second shift. Good experience.

We woke up to a wet basement and leaking water softener. Needless to say, when I called Blau and they said they would be here in a few hours (and not a week and a half like others I’d called), I was relieved. David was thorough in his assessing of the issue and explaining possible solutions. We received quality, timely work at a very reasonable price. Thank you David and the rest of the team at Blau!
