Jan-2021: A local Pinellas County customer here, in search of fresh beans for espresso. Stumbled upon this local place, and so very happy that I did. Ms. Kristen attended to my order urgently, ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Ordered two kinds for the taste: Coda di Topo Italian Espresso Blend, and LUNA-TIC Espresso Blend. Blazing Bean Roasters is a great place to get all different types of coffee. Whether it be Ethiopian, Peaberry, Colombian , Kenya, espresso and so on. All fresh roasted and they taste fantastic. They even have a supply of greens for you to roast yourself. Just be sure you know what type of coffee you like or ask for info on different beans. Other then the coffee selection, Kristen and Mac are very nice and knowledgeable. Any questions you may have they will help you. I am new to the whole fresh roasted coffee thing this year and I am glad I stumbled upon it. If you think Starbucks coffee is great... I feel bad for you... Just kidding, but in all seriousness I highly recommend Blazing Beans. Fresh coffee is like fresh food and you are missing out if you don't at least give Blazing Beans a try.

It's always a pleasant experience to stop by the shop. I normally pick up whatever happens to be the freshest coffee roasted on Mondays. Enjoyed an especially good Colombian coffee this past week. I also really enjoy the espresso roast made for Nature's Food Patch. The coffee is good value for the very high quality offered. Happy to support local business. Thanks Kristen!

I had the pleasure of trying a new blend the Tanzanian peaberry. It was my first cup with Blazing Bean. Boy, did it knock my socks off! I normally enjoy cold brews as I don't care for the burnt after flavor most hot brews have. The owner Kristen talked me into trying it hot and I'm glad she did. It tasted sweet with absolutely no funny after flavors or that burnt bitterness I loathe. If it tasted that great hot, I'm calling it now that it would make the PERFECT cold brew blend. If you want a great cup of joe do yourself a favor and get your coffee here. Forget Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, or any other coffee chains. You have been duped into thinking those places are "good" coffee. Wait until you try the beans here. Fresh roasted is literally the bees knees. You will be shocked at how different and much better fresh coffee is. Just do it! You will thank yourself later.
