I would highly recommend this place if you want a knowledgeable, kind and honest person to sell you a fireplace. After visiting two other fireplace locations, we were highly recommended by a friend to check out Blazing Hot Stoves. We are so happy we did!! The second we walked in, we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. I am terrible with names but it was definitely the owner we spoke to! He was incredible! We told him exactly what we were looking for in a wood burning stove, and he was able to point out three potentials. While talking to him, we were able to narrow it down to 1. Everything we asked he either knew the answer off the top of his head or he would look it up. He was honest about the quality of the product as well! We have yet to buy the fireplace, but in a couple weeks when we do, this is definitely the place!

I don’t spend close to 6K on something as obscure as a pellet fireplace insert without doing my research since I don’t like looking back at my decision with regret. By the time I got to Blazing Hot Stoves I had spent over a week researching my options online and hours in showrooms talking to six other dealers. I had narrowed my choices from the wide array of brands out there down to two (Hampton and Harman) and at that point was really just looking for the right dealer to buy from. Brian and his wife Chris were super knowledgeable, generous with their time and overflowing with useful information about their industry and their experiences selling and supporting these stoves. In addition, at no point did I feel like was being steered in a certain direction for their own gain, which is something I am always on the lookout for when dealing with these closed industries. In fact, in several instances they directed me away from them when it made the most sense for me (getting pellets from a local dealer instead of them and exploring, in detail, the option of doing the installation myself, which I decided against). My install is scheduled for later this month and I am confident I chose an insert and a dealer that I will be very happy with for years to come. I will post a picture when our Harman Accentra52i-TC is up and running. Pro-Tip: Visit dealers during weekdays if you can so you are not battling the herd to get your questions answered.

A fantastic business to check out if you are in the market for a wood stove. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about his products and how they function. He took the time to get some information about the house and then pointed out a few models that should suit me well. Once I decided on a model he came personally to take measurements. The contractors he uses for installs were excellent as well.

We found Blazing Hot Stoves after the company we bought our pellet stove from years ago had difficulty providing service (long wait times; inexperience \technician\), and we couldn't be happier. Brian is extremely knowledgeable; and often times, we've been able to correct a problem with a phone call. When a service call became necessary, he was here within a day or two. Brian does business the old fashioned way. He took extreme care, checked everything out ... all at a very reasonable cost. He knows his craft. Highly recommend Blazing Hot Stoves!
