I bought a CBR600F3 from here and it had some issues from the start (it was 900 from 1996 what do you expect! ) a fried fuel pump which they notified me about immediately and swapped it out no questions. I had the bike delivered and it had managed to fry the fuel pump relay within a few miles! Caroline and Phil gave me their private number and extended my warranty, they paid for the work doing at a garage as I had the bike delivered to Gloucester, all the while updating me every step. They were isolating so all this was dealt with on their deathbed.. They have been nothing short of amazing, brilliant customer service and all round nice people, would buy another bike from Blazing Motorcycles any day.

Awesome Customer Service! I bought a Hyosung GT650R from these guys, right from the word go they were accomodating and really looking to give me what \I wanted\, they offered me a few exhaust change options at no costs, they let us thoroughly play with the bikes in the showroom (and we did!!!) and even after I bought and paid for the one I fell for, before they let me have it (long after it's a typical dealers problem) identified a couple of issues days before the delivery was due, which to be honest I probably wouldn't have spotted myself right away. The repair took a couple of weeks and twice throughout I was contacted offering me a different bike so I didnt have to wait or be messed about, both bikes were more expensive than mine and I was told they would absorb the cost, I decided to wait it out and today the bike was delivered. I have had cars and bikes both second hand and brand new from dealers and traders of every kind but I can say this for certain, Blazing Motorcycles are 100% commited to customers, each and every interaction I have had with them has been positive, the experience was so positive I wish I had the funds to buy another bike from these guys right away. If you want flashy salesmen who talk rubbish and just want to sell you the first thing you touch, go somewhere else, Blazing Motorcycles is a real bike shop, with real bike people who are intrested in helping you find the machine that fits you! Thanks guys, Awesome Job.

Apart from the wait, I bought the bike during the lock down. The bike, a Cagiva Raptor was everything I hoped for! The shop has contacted me to see how I'm getting on with it, great!
