Most of their staff is super rude. I am 14 years old and I came in with friends recently and they gave us dirty looks and followed us around the store like we were trying to steal. I picked up one perfume to show to a friend and I was told to put it down and that it was not for sale when there was a price tag on the bottom. We ended up buying a good amount of stuff anyways.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE and live in this store. The young ladies who work there as well as the owner are professional, knowledgeable and always personable and helpful. For the five years that we've always gone there, the owner has always been pleasant and makes my little girl feel like a million bucks with all the attention she showers her( sometimes we stop by just to stop by and see everyone's smiling faces). We had my daughters 9th birthday party there and everyone jumped through hoops to make sure it was her best one ever. As a mother, there is nothing better . I always take out-of-town visitors to this store because it is a must see - they have everything a girl wants and needs, from lipstick to nail polish and perfume and all the cutest little trinkets PLUS it's decorated so chic. I also love their sidewalk sales in the summer time; I am there every Saturday morning as soon as the store opens. I've saved so much and learned so much by shopping at BLC. I'm truly surprised by some of the negative reviews. As stated previously, my friends and I have been going to this store religiously for years and have NEVER had a problem. The owner is one of the nicest and most down to earth person ever - I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her store. Give BLC a try. I promise you, you'll be very pleasantly surprised.
