Don't even bother with this store... the staff are useless. 1 person on the shoes; 6 others stood around doing nothing but won't help out the busy section. No communication. You try to walk up to them to ask a question, they walk away. I was disgusted. Asked for trainers which were on display, got told they didn't have them. The size we wanted was on display, but they only had THAT shoe , the other wasn't available!!!! How does that even happen??? Won't bother going back

Rubbish every where and barely any staff. Finally found a staff member to serve us, she was very helpful and friendly reason for 3 star but really needed some managers to run the store correctly.
Was not too busy..Got what I wanted and had helpful young girls answering my questions Only negative- I learned you can't use Blue Light Card in the shop,only with on line shopping ..Logic in that??

My mother and I drove 30 mins because the bletchley jd said it was open until 22:00. We then went only to see it was open as I had to change the sizes and I thought I could make it as it was 21:37 but to my surprise it was pitch black on the inside. CLOSED
Great trainers but they let in too many people without face covering...not good when queuing...a visit maybe and some medical proof..they don't ask
