The custom/grab n go meals are fantastic. good range, clear on nutrition, good value and above all taste fantastic. Being able to get these for my lunch at work have saved me a load of time in weekly meal prep and I can easily match my selection from the website with my training needs. Highly recommended.

Food excellent, protein pancakes are now my preference to regular pancakes. Service with a smile , staff are very friendly. Will definitely be back for the coffee , best I've ever tasted.

The level of service in protein corner was disgusting this morning I witnessed one of your staff being extremely rude to a Customer from what I could understand it was because he had been waiting nearly 20 minutes to be served. It was appalling please sort this out immediately else I think you will be loosing quite a few customers including myself if this is how she treats them. I don’t normally leave reviews but I was shocked to see this in your cafe today :(

Thank you for responding but clearly communication in your establishment is NOT one of your key skills, if you had checked with the receptionist they would of informed you it was actually twenty one minutes I was waiting to be served so I’m not exactly sure what kaz was up to for the other 13 minutes? Can you be sure she wasn’t arguing with me? As i can reassure you she was being extremely rude an also I have noticed somebody else yesterday has complained regarding the same issue! I’m not disputing your under staff or that you don’t cook your food from fresh I merely stating my experience so others can know what to expect when coming to your cafe. Maybe before responding to my review you should of sat down with all your staff members an got the facts!

The service in protein cafe this morning was an absolute joke, if your expecting to be served your food before going into training in an reasonable time frame don’t have kaz serving you, she’s rude an ignorant has no customer service skills at all by the time she had stopped arguing and proceeded to make my order she had put me off even having it. Hopefully tomorrow the service will be up to scratch after reading this maybe a team meeting might be needed after shift.
