When we owe them money they want it almost immediately - issuing us with all sorts of actions & threats. When they owe us money they have many excuses to endlessly delay the back payment, first wanting to do unnecessary verification/auditing and they demand irrelevant supporting documents. If that is not unpleasant enough, they almost never stick to their own timelines. Nothing but poor service from unfriendly, bombastic, incompetent, lazy and slow reacting staff members - and then they still have the audacity to demand a salary increase!

If I come to SARS for the second time in the same day, I wish my case can be attended by that very same cosultant who helped me earlier. For the sake of progress. I'd rather wait for her. I had to tell my case once again from the beginningto this 2nd consultant who seemed to be impatient. I thank him/her because at the end he/she realized what we wanted understood became friendly.

Waiting time varies dependent on time of day from half hour to one and half hour. Staff well informed and super human to deal with public daily. Allways long lines of persons waiting. Why must willing tax payers waite to pay taxes? Rather simplified procedures than more staff.
