Queue time is simply too long, Telkom really need to expand their branch network, only 2 branches in Bloem.

Very good service and consultants understand their jobs and have good products knowledge. MUCH betyer than the Loch Logan branch. Avoid Loch Logan branch, just go straight to College crossing branch.

Telkom offer the poorest service ever, I have agreed on a 10g contract for R99 monthly for 24months, howeva they have decided to give 20g for R199 without my permission, they are aware of the mistake from their side, even promissed to rectify it and its been a year, to date nuthing is done and they keep billing my account R199, I decided to cancel my contract with them with immediate effect. I will not advise anyone to take a contract with Telkom.
