Just had a pleasant buying experience at Southworth. We drove three hours for this transaction and I am appreciative that the vehicle was strictly as-represented on their website. Although non-negotiable, the price was fair for what I purchased and the variable fees were approximately half that of other dealerships. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall the process was smooth. Give them a try.

Drove 160 miles from MN to this dealership to look at a Cadillac that appeared to be a great deal. Car drove nice looked nice...I thought it was the one! Got back to the dealership after the test drive, popped the hood and found this! At some point a rodent had been making a new home. The first picture is of materials found dangling in the engine compartment and second is of the hole chewed into the fire wall. Now I know these things happen, but the customer service was horrible! A few days after our visit we received a call to say it had been cleaned up. They just made the hole on the fire wall neat, removed rubber tubing which covered engine components and replaced the engine cover. Make sure you look under the hood!!!
