I use Bloomington Heating and Air for annual HVAC maintenance and more recently had them replace a furnace. Their team did a beautiful job installing and setting up the new equipment. The system is quieter with more consistent temperatures throughout the house. Everyone from the owner, customer service and techs are a pleasure to deal with. Responsive, knowledgeable and friendly are just a few words that come to mind. Happy customer!

Scott was very responsive and got me cooled when my AC died in 90 degree weather. Once I decided to replace the 20 year old furnace and AC, Janis shared a bid, offered choices and was equally responsive, friendly and caring. She kept me apprised along the way. The technicians were wonderful, educated me about the new system and answered my questions with care and patience. I highly recommend Bloomington Heating and Air!
A/C went out suddenly on a 90 afternoon. They had worked me into a schedule and had it repaired in less than 24 hours. Friendly, professional staff. and prompt service. I really love working with local hometown businesses.
Called late at night was unable to get emergency service but the company called me first thing at 7am in the morning and my AC was fixed by 8am. Good ownership and quality. I understand we all work and everyone is not always available when we need them but the incredible response time and fix without all the bs the next day was stellar. 10/10.
The service was great from the beginning to the end! I highly recommend this company for any of your heating and/or A/C needs!
