Me and my daughter were at store 1846 today to get a battery the store manager was very polite and helpful he replaced our battery for us. I would like to thank him very much, and to let him know we would shop there anytime.
I usually go here for regular maintenance parts for the vehicles I service in the family. Their prices are hard to beat. Recently, I needed to pick up a fuel line clip, but was close to the store closing (17 mins before). I tried calling the store and was placed on hold until the call autodisconnected. I tried calling back again and again to no answer. Very frustrating as employees were clearly at the store and not wanting to answer the phone before closing time... I got the part at Advanced Auto the next morning and will take my business there despite their higher pricing.
