Dry-cleaning I took a dress to them to have it cleaned, showed them a small stain that needed attention, when I picked it up it appeared it hadn't been cleaned at all. They offered to redue it and yet again it was in the exact same condition as the first time I paid them to get my dress back and I took the dress to another drycleaners and puff the stain was gone and the dress was cleaned. I was not impressed with the service from this business. I would not recommend them for your dry-cleaning needs.

Wonderful first time experience! I needed alterations on my hospital lab coat. The cuffed sleeves needed to be shortened. The alteration was beautifully and professionally done. I could not be happier with the results. The item was returned to me beautifully pressed. Very impressed and satisfied. Will use Lapels for all my dry cleaning/alteration needs in the future.

Ruined my clothes no communication at all horrible place would never go there again in my life. Stay away. Would give negative star if I could.
