Sunday purchased a washing machine. It was suppose to be delivered Tuesday. They never showed Tuesday. Then they were suppose to be here Thursday. No washing machine. Lowes blames the delivery service said we have problems with them. Tomorrow is Friday . Here's am idea then hire a new delivery service . Done with buying anything from there again. I give this store no stars!

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a refrigerator and they charged my card, do it was paid. Then it was to be delivered and they charged my card again and then it was declined. So then they wouldn't deliver it. After many calls to the credit card cause lowes wouldn't do anything on their end. I got it straightened out. So then they delivered it and and left it on my porch and didn't take my old one. Took them 3 days to take my old one. So it took me 3 weeks til all was said and done. I'm taking my business to Home Depot.

Just had the best experience buying a washing machine and dryer here. We had a very small space and all the options were larger than could fit. Ray in the Appliance department was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things washer and dryers. He searched the online databases until he found the perfect fit. He helped us with the order and setting up the delivery and install. He has earned our loyalty. If we ever need any new Appliance, we are coming to see Ray first. This is one of the few Lowes that we've been to where the staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable.

Spent our day redoing our backyard. Bought 25 bags of decorative stone. Treated lumber and when checking out we told them we were veterans. Snowed ID and paying with a military credit card. ((Not the checkouts fault)) HOWEVER COULDN'T EXCEPT EITHER ONE AS MILITARY PROFF!! BECAUSE our phones#'s not in the system because it's a NEW RULE!! Un- exceptable NEXT time we will go to Home depot. sorry
