I’ve been doordashing and whenever I come in to pick up, there’s always this really sweet lady at the counter. Ordered Pizza Hut for myself and my boyfriend and it was delicious. We both hadn’t had Pizza Hut since we were kids and it was nice to have it again.

Food used to be great. Quality has decreased drastically over the last 15 years. I’d unfortunately recommend Dominoe’s over Pizza Hut these days, and I’m not a fan of Dominoe’s either. Dry crust and bland pizza. Their Deep Dish isn’t even good anymore. Very disappointed.

Just tried to order delivery. The store called me to tell me they do not have a delivery driver and asked that I go to the store to get it. I suggested that the store update their website so that wouldn’t happen to others. The associate apologized but proceeded to tell me that they cannot change the delivery status because the new store owners will yell at them if they change it. I have had several bad experiences with this store and they lost my business for over a year..I finally decided to give them a try again and this happens. I don’t blame the associate but I do blame management. I just gave you over 50 plus a tip for the driver that now isn’t coming. Not cool.

I like this pizza hut it just depends on who is behind the counter one time I had a really rude lady who ring me up and I dident go there for quite sometime but superbowl weekend came my son wanted pizza hut so I went in and I saw a different lady she was ao pleasant. Ill be going back there agian thanks to her.

Use pizza hut app, and the prices shown were not was i was charged an order that should of been 32.oo was charged 41.00 Second issue was across the street food shoppingborder online they sent my order to west hazleton when I was right there in bloomsburg. So many issues with your app. Never again.

Pizza was great but by far the most fantastic customer service I have ever had. After traveling 8 hours (with 8 more still to go)my truck was not sounding right and because its 8pm I get a room and order pizza. I half asked about any garages in the area as the hotel clerk doesn't know. Bobbi not only gave me some names but with my delivery was a list. Truly a godsend!! I can not express the gratitude in this day and age of somebody going out there way to help! That alone made a bad situation unbelievably better!
