I took my daughter for her initial visit and we both felt so comfortable walking into this beautifully decorated office! The customer service team, as well as all the staff were absolutely wonderful! They made us feel like we are family! We would recommend Rachel Reichard to anyone in need of services!

I took my daughter for a consultation and was very impressed with the clinical space and staff, which were warm and welcoming. After hearing glowing remarks about Dr. Reichard, I felt disappointed that she didn’t take the time to introduce herself to us and talk to my child—her patient. I would have appreciated her explaining, in simple terms, her plan of care to my daughter. Communication was minimum and we did not receive not the warmth we are accustomed to receiving from other providers. Her time with us felt a bit rushed, but the other wonderful staff helped make up for it. In all fairness, I work with physicians and perhaps have higher expectations than most. I’m hoping to change my review after more experiences in the office.

Dr. Reichard and staff are incredibly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. My son actually enjoys going to his orthodontic appointments. Highly recommend!

DR. Reichard is very professional in every way. The whole place where she works is full of beautiful women both inside and out just like her. My teeth turned out perfect. DR. they do good work and everyone is nice and helpful BUT their lack of hours beyond 8a-4p mon-thu is a problem... our kids have to miss a couple of hours of school for each appointment (every 6 weeks). Also, one cannot make an appointment more than 6-8 weeks in advance so unless you are one of the first few callers your kid will lose class time. This is the problem with businesses that have a monopoly on a geographical area... Never had issues like this when I lived in more metropolitan areas like northern new jersey... there, doctors, dentists and others had at least a late work day and weekend hours ...
