Such yummy food! Love that it's vegan friendly. Baked goods and breads are always fresh and their caesar salad is incredible

We were in town for work and ate here every single day because the food is awesome. Fresh, healthy and delicious, each dish I had was better than the next. Let me recommend the Caesar salad with a veggie patty and fried egg, amazing. The desserts are also delicious and satisfying. This was a hidden gem and a place I’ll be returning to when I travel across I-80.
I have been to this adorable little bistro several times, and somehow it just keeps getting better! First I have to compliment the staff, ALWAYS super friendly, quick and accommodating. As for the food, I just don't know where to begin. It's all around 5 stars. Love all the gluten free and vegan options (even desserts!). It's one of the very few places in the area that provide healthy, locally sourced AND delicious food options. Also, I wanted to mention what a stellar job they have done at taking precautions since the beginning of the pandemic.They even offer curbside pickup and online ordering. Wonderful food, wonderful service! Big thank you to everyone at root 11 bistro! I'll do everything I can to keep supporting you. :)
For something a little different, great options for vegetarians and vegans as well as us who still like meat. Had their falafel and it took me back to my time in Israel.
Friend of mine bought lunch for us here and I got a burger. It was delicious all around and huge. One of the best burgers I have had i the area. It came with a humice and chips which were also great. I will be back.
We stopped at a local farm for meat and produce, and asked them for a lunch recommendation. This was the place they suggested, and it was fantastic. I had the black garlic burger, and my husband had the Vermont burger. Really excellent. My toddler had the Italian wedding soup and that was top notch, too, with a great broth. Quick and easy, and we were able to eat at a table outside.

Great combo of flavors and textures in a gluten free wrap! I was very happy with my chicken, apple butter, feta and onion wrap. And the gluten free cupcake was supreme! Thank you root 11! And great service by Katie!
