I've found that the service depends on the time of day: sometimes they are busy & other times they aren't - feast or famine. They've always been very helpful & pleasant to me. I do miss their former location which offered more inventory but that was a corporate decision. It would be helpful if they had more copying machines - they seem to be high matainance machines.
