Very very poor service, I request everyone please don’t rent a property with this terrible property service. You will loose your deposit and time. Only thing you gain will be high blood pressure. Irresponsible is their trade mark. The secretary who takes the phone calls doesn’t have any idea what her job is or why she is there. Such a blockheaded lady !!

This landlord does not deserve a single star for multiple reasons. 1. Left me without heating during sub zero temperatures for 5 days, told me to buy my own radiators which would be the property of the landlord until such time the radiators were fixed then he would reimburse me for them. 2. Left me without a working oven for a week. 3. No hot water for an entire month despite continuing please and daily emails. 4. Refused to clean the outside windows which are currently filthy and unable to look out of. He stated that it was not in the contract that it was his responsibility to do so even though i pointed out it was in the contract for me to clean the inside. 5. Left the window boarded up for several months after it had been broken by a storm (Storm dorothy) which left me without light in the bedroom. I have braved these unacceptable conditions for a long time & have now become a victim of revenge eviction due to raising these issues and asking for repairs. Please be aware of this and keep your distance.
