DO NOT USE DR PATEL, He is a very bad doctor & will discriminate against you at any chance given, He also gives other patients information out to other patients, Everyone needs to stick together & get rid of that DR PATEL!! Also the secretary are no good , I can see why this place is a one star.

Doctors here are terrible! I have chronic back pain & arthritis, over the counter pain killers aren't taking away my pain...I book an appointment and seen Dr Patel he was so unprofessional, He asked me what I was taking for my back pain so I showed him what I had on me which was over the counter packet of cocodamol 8/500mg & and a pack of CBD pills he saw the hemp leaf on the CBD pack which resembles a cannabis leaf and then accused me of taking cannabis !! I tried to explain but he didn't want to listen and insisted it was illegal, Dr Patel is supposed to be a doctor and he should clearly know that CBD pills are legal in fact I got them from Holland's and Barret's he refused to talk to me any further and asked me to leave ! He seriously needs to be investigated!!

WARNING !!DO NOT USE DR PATEL, JULY 2019 I HAD ANOTHER MRI SCAN & BLOOD TEST , HE NEVER GOT IN CONTACT WITH ME ABOUT IT AT ALL AND WHEN I ARRANGED AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE DOCTOR DR PATEL ABOUT THIS IN DECEMBER HE STATED THAT HE HAD RECEIVED THE SCAN AND IT IS CLEAR HE ALSO SAID MY BLOOD WAS CLEAR TO, THEN IN FEBRUARY 2020 MY HEALTH GOT WORSE AND I DECIDED TO CHANGE MY DOCTOR'S OVER TO ANOTHER CLININ, UPON CHANGING MY CLININ THE DOCTORS PHONE ME STRAIGHT AWAY AND TO MY SHOCK THEY SAY I HAVE MULTIPLE PARSE DEFECT FRACTURES IN MY BACK WITH A BLOOD INFECTION & WITH INFLAMMATION IN THE PELVIS AREA THEY SAID IT WAS SERIOUS AND THEY THAT MY PREVIOS DOCTOR SHOULD OF TOLD ME THIS! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST PROBLEM I HAVE HAD WITH BLOSSEM FIELD, DO NOT USE !

Thought id try to make an appointment in person as its on my way home from work and was told I couldn't and needed to phone up the next day. I phoned up and if its not an emergency nothing can be done that day. What happened to being able to book a few days to a week in advance. My wrist problem is not an emergency but over 2 months since injuring it and still in pain warranted me to want to get it checked out. And I can't even put my mind at ease or find out what is wrong.

What a joke. Seriously, I wonder is this why I am paying tax for my health benefits? To get such bad service. I was told over the phone to come to an appointment at a certain time in the morning. They have no text or email system for confirmation. I went to the surgery, gave my details and waited for more than 40mins. Finally went to the reception. The lady took the details again...turned out the appointment was in the evening. When I arrived, nobody had a clue that what was the time of the appointment. I shudder to think that if the surgery cannot handle a simple appointment system, how would they handle medical records? AVOID
