My experience at the visa application centre was 5 star! The staff has been very polite and even out of their way to help me submit my documents with perfection. I would like to thank Mr Chris and Mr M. Sebastiano ( Sebby) in particularly for their kindness throughout the process. My flight was in 1 weeks time and still managed to get my passport processed by the consulate and delivered at home in 4 days! I also would like to advise other visa applicants to print all bank statements in the branch and also provide employment letter with original signature of your company. Also, please write a cover letter to explain why you want to explore the beautiful country of Spain, it helps in getting a multiple entry long term visa. Hope this review helps, thank you!

they are stealing your money, they charge 25 for delivery which if you buy from post office 1 day delivery will only cost 6.7. They also ask you to copy every page of your previous visa and charge you 0.3 per each. But this requirement is not on their document check list. Besides that the “service” cost only 13 which is their legitimate charge. All in in you pay over 106 for a visa which should only cost 67.2, big margin for this great company just pass your document to the embassy. Shame for you!
Well, they're off to a bad start - the phone number listed online is incorrect and they apparently don't value their own business or customers enough to update it. After calling the wrong number, I tried the one 'suggested by a user on google' which turned out to be the right one, but they didn't pick up, just a baby automated voicemail... . I haven't even spoken to anyone yet and they've left me feeling annoyed and like they don't care about my custom.
Staff were friendly both lady on reception and man on counter who collect our application was really helpful. Was booked for 15:15 but called at 16:10 and also no parking space have to take public transport
