nice atmosphere, refurbished rooms, cozy rooftop pool and bar. View attached on the photos. - Is not 5 star but 3star hotel. Breakfast is very simple and they don’t refill food so if you don’t come in time you get leftovers. Hotel is far from walking street and Pattaya beach where everything is happening but baht buses will pick and drop you for 10 baht one way all around Pattaya.

The room was clean and the bed so comfortable. Moreover, good location not far from the main street and very helpful staff. Lastly, fantastic view from the swimming pool.
The ugly: Not what it says on the tin. Room dirty and run down. Had to ask them to clean the room when we arrived and then again for them to use a detergent spray not just a cloth! Safe wasn’t working - had to be changed. Leak in bathroom making it very slippy - not suitable for families. Definitely - Not family friendly (as it states). Pool area 7/6 beds but it smells of cat wee plus very slippy when entering/leaving the pool. No outside seating area on the roof top (open) as pictures suggests. (Outdoor seating under the canopy. Pool bar not open at 10am??? So cannot get coffee etc Extremely loud a/c In the bedroom, resulting in not much sleep. The bad: road down to the hotel is not lit and full of pot holes/water so not ideal when walking with children. Prices in the bar were very expensive for a hotel of this quality (I say loosely) and the quantity you receive. Breakfast - Chinese style buffet. Lots of burping and coughing and loud snorting noises (couldn’t get out there quick enough). View from room is of a shanty area in pattaya. The good: STAFF were friendly and very helpful - can’t fault them. Very chilled. Comfy bed. Ideal for: people who want it as a base. Young couples/groups who want something cheap and relatively better than a seedy hotel, but no need to use facilities. Two minute walk to the main road with bars/cabs etc. Can walk to terminal 21. This is a 2 and 1/2 star hotel compared to European standards.

As a last minute booking by booking the wrong dates at other hotel was pleasantly surprised by the service and friendly attitude of the staff as well keeping the rooms clean and nexst to the night bazar with live music and the pool bar was good as well for the price payed was worth it
Nice view from the pool, clean room and comfy bed! Breakfast needs improvement
Breakfast is cold. They need to have heater for the food at the buffet line. Will not stay here again just because the breakfast is cold.
Rooms nice and clean staff friendly the only thing I did not like is the breakfast there was no Thai breakfast otherwise great place
