Unbelievabe. They have no agents in GA to talk w/a customer RE Medicare Advantage. No numbers, no addresses. Multiple calls landed in Roanoke, VA every time. They refused or were unable to explain the difference between traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage. I was told I would have to figgure it out from a 200 page document. The arrogance and indifference of people on the front line that are supposed to be helpful when they are or should be incented to develop business is impressive to say the least.

This is the WORST insurance I have ever dealt with! No where in my policy did it say that I had to pay my deductible in full before I was allowed to pay only a 70 copay for my doctor visits. So, a simple visit to the lung doctor was over 500...not a copay that it has been for the past 15 years. The next enrollment period cannot come fast enough! And they denied 2 of my typical medications for blood clots and arthritis that I have take for years without side effects and they would only pay for drugs that gave me severe issues. All they care about is money.

I have called 5 customer service numbers multiple times today to try to contact support regarding my policy. Very UN user friendly support numbers that give you another automated line that doesn't work. What is going on with BCBS???

Same problems as the others. My friend is sitting next to me and I said \The next person I talk to will be from India\ Sure enough I was right. I asked them to transfer me to an American operator. They instead transfer me back to the beginning of menu. This is not a Dems or Republican problem it's a food chain problem! The rich are using cheap labor over seas and putting Americans out of work. Blue Cross, Comcast, Cricket Wireless, Expedia etc. Just imagine if we brought those jobs back to America? We would put millions back to work and have better customer service. Every country should have a piece of the American dream but not at the expense of the rich. Wake up everyone!!!!! Lets stop fighting each over greed and work together.

I have been trying to call Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia for 2 days I have not received my insurance card the customer service number that I'm calling tell you to die one number and will you dial that number it tells you to dial the number the back of your car like I'm paying for insurance but I haven't received cards yet
