This place does NOT follow up with their patients issue. It has taken over a month for them to get a authorization where it only took me 4 days to get it. Me as a patient should not have had to do this. Now I have to pay an additional co-pay and go sit for 2 hrs. I’m on hospice and shouldn’t have to go through this.

My doctor takes time and goes over me , ask questions as well answers them. The staff knows me there by name. Im happy with the csre I get at Oak Street Health

It’s a nice clinic it’s clean and take care of their patients, but the drivers need to take some driving classes or common sense. They drive super fast and one of the drivers young male didn’t even get off to buckle up my visually impaired father. I called this afternoon like maybe 10 mins ago, and one of the receptionist was rude when I called to ask who could I talk to. So they can talk to the driver. But she was just rude and said “well the driver isn’t here” and after a few minutes I then I said, “well I guess it doesn’t matter anymore, but I just wanted to ask.” and she said “oooookaaay, byeee” and hung up. This clinic does not deserve 2 stars. But just the receptionist being rude and the driver not being careful with the patients this is why I gave it two ️ ️
