After visits to my chiropractor and acupuncture specialist for my sciatica, I spent several sessions with Spencer a year ago and learned 7 stretching exercises with variations, which I have since practiced daily. Spencer wisely informed me that while he can't reduce my pain to 0 on a scale of 1-10, he can bring my 7 pain threshold down to a 3. It worked!
