From the moment you come to Benchmark, Blue Ridge, you are greeted by Julie, the receptionist. Enthusiastic and attentive to all your billing and scheduling. Then you are reviewed by Thomas Jackson to see what the treatment plan will entail. I had akillies tendon surgery December 2018 which I was administered to much nerve block which damaged the nerves in my foot. For over a year I have suffered with loss sleep, unable to perform alot of my chores and no feeling in the foot what so ever.. I was told that I might never get the feeling back. I talked to Thomas about what happened and he designed a plan. Thomas is very knowledgeable but also works outside the box by listening to his clients. By doing so we have now gotten at least 60% of my feeling back in my foot. If you are looking for a great therapy I highly recommend you give Blue Ridge Benchmark a call.

Dr. Tommy and his staff are truly top notch. I've been to some very effective physical therapists and to some who were little or no help whatsoever. Benchmark in Blue Ridge effectively helped me with severe scoliosis pain and worked with me so now I do my individualized daily exercises which keep my back pain at bay. Dr. Tommy is very hands on and spends quality, effective time with his patients every visit. I definitely recommend Blue Ridge Benchmark Physical Therapy!!!
