Really nice experience! We came in after hours and were easily able to get our keys. Do not follow Google maps for directions to your cabin, I repeat do not....!!! It will take you to some back entrance that needs a code to get into, that's not it! Make sure you use the directions given in your packet when you get your keys. Cabin 211 was amazing and was very very clean! Had a nice game room on the bottom floor. I loved all the black bear decor, very cute! I will definitely use this place again!

Mountain Top Cabin Rentals is a great company to rent a cabin from. The staff are professional, diligent and very responsive - they even contacted us during a previous stay to inform us of pending bad weather! Mountain Escape Cabin was beautiful, immaculate and every detail was as mentioned in its description on-line. We so enjoyed every minute there and definitely will return again (as we have already) to Mountain Top! Thanks for being such a great company!

I was very pleased with my stay at Echo Lodge.. The property is beautiful and very clean. My only complaint is - there is contactless entry, however you have to go the office to retrieve your check in packet. Check-in is at 3 p.m., but you can't get packet until 3 p.m. Which results in no one ever checking in a 3 p.m., because you are at the office at that time! Everything that is in the packet, could be included in an email. Coming to the office ( a drive in the opposite direction of cabin) is pointless.

We had a great experience with Mountain Top Cabin Rentals. They offer pet-friendly cabins, and our dog was very happy with the cabin we rented. We were happy as well; check-in was contactless and the cabin had obviously just been thoroughly cleaned, which is important to us during COVID with a more vulnerable family member. The cabin was well-appointed with a grill, hot tub, air hockey table, and lots of board games. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even a waffle maker! Highly recommended.

Best place to rent from in Blue Ridge. We’ve used them the last 4 years and always have had a great experience. The staff is super nice and courteous. Every cabin we’ve been to is always nice. This year we stayed in Creekside Hideaway and loved it as usual.
