My brother was on PHHBR service during his final days and that service was 5 star and much more. The staff were compassionate, caring, and attentive no matter what the need, no matter what the time of day. His nurses even came to his memorial service which the Hospice Chaplain performed and the company assisted in many other ways in the weeks and months following his passing. It was a rough time for our family and we will always feel deeply touched and deeply grateful for Pruitt Health Hospice staff and services.

This is a horrible hospice. Don't use them for your loved ones. I would give them negative stars if I could. We were an after hours admission so we were an inconvenience for the nurse. We were never contacted by the social worker or the chaplain. 10 months after my grandfather's death, we get a form letter from the bereavement department. The nurses were not very compassionate. Don't use them
I used Pruitt hospice with my dad and they were awesome.The staff were all very compassionate and supportive. The social worker and DHS were a great support for my mother I highly recommend this company.
