My husband and I stopped in to get information on the Hotspring hot tubs which we eventually plan to purchase. Rhiannon was there with a big smile and all the answers to our questions. She was extremely patient and although we were pushing towards closing time, Rhiannon made us feel we had all the time in world. Not only did we leave having made a decision but we did so with full confidence that we made the right one. I will post again after the setup but we are super excited about our new hot tub. Thank you Rhiannon for guiding us to our dream hot tub.

Cabin Life

Do you want to know something about hot tubs?? This is the place to go. These people know their products inside and out and can answer your questions with technical accuracy. The two question we asked that they were unsure of resulted in a call to the business owner who knew the answers of the top of her head. These people know their business unlike the other places we stopped where answers were vague and the sales people just seemed like used car sales people. On top of all that they sell the top two brands (Hot Springs and Jacuzzi) that you have probably heard of even if you never owned a hot tub. These are not the cheapest hot tubs but at least they have been in business forever! Time will tell on how the install goes and if Jacuzzi is still a top brand in the industry for reliability.

We recently purchased a Hot Springs Envoy model and we absolutely love it. We wanted to buy from a local dealer so we chose Spa and Deck Creations. The salesperson was knowledgeable and everything was delivered on time. They helped us with getting someone for the electrical connections and for the concrete slab. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with. The scope of her knowledge and acumen were exceptional. Rarely have I encountered a team that had an in depth knowledge of the Hot Spring Spa we purchased and it was clear Shannon had taken the time to learn in depth about the products she represents. Also, Jill- who helped schedule everything- was also extremely helpful and responsive. We had some scheduling and installation conflicts that Jill helped us quickly overcome. Overall our experience was top notch and we would highly recommend you go see Shannon if you are seriously in the market for a new hot tub. Finally, Danny who led the installation team was also great, and even sent photos after the spa was installed since we couldn’t be there on the day of. In closing: customer service is a dying art and when you come across a team that provides the best it is worth recognizing and seeking out.
