my boyfriend and I usually go here often and people are so nice but we went in yesterday and we both noticed this one girl was rude taking our order like she didn’t want to serve us. The coffee was good but the service was bad. She slid my coffee and it was so close to sliding off the table, her tone was like she was angry

The drive through is very confusing here. Also, they don’t offer ordering in the store but the app does ! We waited for 10 minutes in the parking lot before realizing this and then getting IN the drive thru lane. Photos as of January 2021.
I actually love this place, but something was amiss on December 7. I pulled up to the drive through and heard them take some orders, but not all. Cars pulled up and after waiting minutes without an order being take drove off. Two cars in front of me got their orders take, but no one took my order. Drove to front of store and found it closed for inside customers and directions to use the drive through. I just left. Normally, I’d give BR Starbucks a 10/10, but yesterday something just went wrong. “I’ll be back.”
They forgot my order which was two coffees and one hot chocolate. It took a long time to get my order. I was just driving through town. Not planing to come back
This Starbucks is awesome! The staff is friendly and quick with your drink and they always get it right. I also appreciate the design of the place and the layout. The furniture is the newest design that Starbucks has. Makes for an easy place to meet or get some work done.
