What a cute and fun place! About 15 minutes outside the town of Blue Ridge. Nice little winding drive through the mountains. We went and played miniature golf, but there is also gem mining, fishing, and a little gift shop. Looks perfect for family outings. The gold course has only 9 holes but it's super fun. It's in the trees so that makes it extra fun. If you have little kids, they need to be careful of the tree roots...the course is adventurous! We were greeted with a smile and and the owner was very nice and friendly. Positive experience! Would recommend!

This place was so much fun! It’s hard to get my boys to participate in anything outside of video games or football, but they both had a blast. Gem mining is something I did growing up with my family, so passing the tradition along was something I’ve always wanted to do. The owner and Miss Karen were incredibly welcoming and genuinely enjoyed being around all of their guests. My oldest proclaimed the Lily Pad Village to be our new “ family spot” as soon as we pulled away.

We went 3 years ago and it's still a beloved memory of my children. They had so much fun and the hosts were great in helping them find gems. Will definitely go again if Ever in the blue ridge moutains again!

We often have a hard time finding activities suitable and entertaining for our two young kids. Our kids, 2 & 4, had a great time gem mining. They shared a small bucket which was plenty for the both of them. Their faces light up when they found a large gem. The owners were pleasant and engaging. Definitely a must stop for families with kids.
