Cashier(James) was one of the nicest, helpful, and well mannered fast food employee I've seen in a long time. He went above and beyond for every customer he helped, with a smile in his voice. Food was fast, hot and correct. But management on the other hand was not nice, happy or helpful like the team members.

I gave it 4 stars because most of the empty tables were dirty,Probably because it was so busy. They also lost our order but we were taken care of. They were very nice.
This was a great location. Excelsior Springs could learn a few things from this location! The food was fresh hot and the staff was on top of it! We didnt have to wait for our food it was ready and delicious when we got it. Thanks to all the staff that know how to run a cohesive establishment! Great job you guys!
Great service, friendly folks and clean. they do have the best meats.
Chicken salad sandwich bread soggy, lettuce wilted, and only half the sandwich had chicken salad on it. Disappointed
