We have been in our Ashlar home for a little over a year now and overall we are very pleased with our home. Dana has been very attentive and responded to all issues which have been minimal. We would definitely recommend Ashlar homes.

Ashlar Homes staff made the home building process as smooth as possible. They were extremely responsive to any questions we had and always very professional. We would highly recommend them based on our recent experience.

Builder sold house out from under us in a contingency contract. Legal or not, no integrity or loyalty to your costumer. All about the money!

We have been in our home now for over a year. The home is beautiful and we love it! As with all new projects issues will inevitably come up, and what separates good companies from bad ones is how well they handle those issues. They have always addressed any concern we've had in a polite and timely manner and have been an overall pleasure to work with.

We are in the process of building a home in KC, and Ashlar is the builder. This is the first time my wife and I have ever done anything like this, so we are just a bit stressed out overall, anyway. So far, everything we've had to do, or any questions we've had, the Ashlar team has been great about getting back to us quickly and making everything as painless as possible for all of this. Our most recent interaction with them was our meeting with Libby at their warehouse, to pick all the options for our new house. Everything from the siding on the outside of the house, to the color of the grout in the master bathroom, and everything in between. Everyone I've talked to who has gone thru the process of building a house in the last 2 years has said that this is the hardest part, and the most stressful. They said this is where all the money gets spent and budgets get blown. Having Libby was honestly the best thing we could have hopped for. My wife and I went in knowing pretty well what we wanted, and what budget we wanted to stick with, but, having Libby there to help let us know if colors we picked clashed really bad, or if there was another option, in the same price range, that would work better for our needs, was a total life saver. You honestly couldn't ask for someone better than her to work with! If she is any representation of how the rest of the process will go, I have no worries at all!
