Unprofessional, some man sounded like he was hacking up a lung with installing the carpet, refused to wear masks during a pandemic, could hear them talking badly about previous customers as well. Do not recommend, very unprofessional people working here.

My husband and I could not be happier with the job Blue Springs Carpet and Tile did. Troy was informative and helpful through the entire process. We had carpet installed in three bedrooms and on our stairs. We then had vinyl plank placed in our living room, dining room, hall, kitchen, and laundry room. Needless to say it was a big job. Troy’s price beat two other competitors and his crew only took 2 days to finish everything! Thank you Troy and everyone that worked on our floors, they’re beautiful!

This company left the work unfinished. Despite calling six weeks in a row, and promises to call back to schedule an appt., and work already paid for, they left my carpeting work with a patch missing. I do not recommend unless you like your carpeting incomplete.

Great work, completed floor on a 1970's home and had some 'extra' work needed due to age. Did not bat an eye in the process unlike the mainstream stores. Will use again and soon! RC

Was given an estimate for a tile job, picked out the tile and tried several time to set up a time for the install however no one ever calls back and when we talk to one person as to why we haven't been able to schedule it they blame it on another. Month later still no phone call! Will not do business with them again total waste of time!
