The good: The parts prices were the best I’d found and the gentleman on the phone was courteous. Bad: I was originally sent the wrong part, which had been identified by their websites parts diagram, based on make/model/trim etc. I spoke to someone in the parts department who stated they had made an error and should have verified the part with my VIN, which I had provided with the order. The gentleman stated they would provide me with a label so I could return the incorrect part and be refunded. Instead of waiting for the return process, I immediately paid again for the correct part, which I have received. It’s been 17 days since my original order and I still haven’t received any information on returning incorrect part or my refund. I sent an email inquiry a week ago and haven’t heard from them. Update: Since writing this review, I received an email from the company with a return label. I’ve returned the part and have been reimbursed.

I had spent a lot of time sorting out inline parts diagrams for Parking Brake cables for my Ranger and though I had it nailed. I ordered the Parts through Blue Springs and when I placed the order also gave my truck VIN number. I was contacted by Steven @ Blue Springs by email and was told I had picked incorrect parts and they would correct my order and I would have small credit applied from my payment. Who would not consider that great SERVICE? I love it when someone protects me from a mistake that would have meant a big hassle for me to deal with. Shout out to Steven and keep up the great work, I will be a returning customer.
Paid for 2 day shipping and I have not received my purchase. When talking with employee he basically said that I wasn't getting my part until Friday when I ordered the part the Friday before. I suggest not getting parts from here.
