The grounds and buildings are cleaned well when snow and ice happen. Mowing and trimming are good. Insides are being remodeled in between tenants. Quiet community mostly. A few message board entries indicate maybe not as quiet for everyone.

Beautiful townhomes, close to everything I need. The neighborhood is great, the staff is wonderful, and the pool is awesome in the summer!
UPDATE!! So AFTER I was told what my ew\ rent would be AND after being told by the manager just found out there is a balance of 1.85! HOW CAN THIS BE??? The manager here Michael is completely inept, not sure how he ever got this job. I have called the corp office, waiting to hear response. I have been here 2 years and a few months ago resigned for a third year. HUGE Mistake. I just got a call today telling me I was past due 27 for some crazy prorate charges. I have never been late, missed a payment and ALL my bills are always paid on time. To top it off the lease I signed shows me paying 1102 per month, the manager said my rent all in is 1098?? which is it?? The manager also informed me that my rent next month might be different too because of some crazy prorate fee. AND starting Jan 1 all rent has to be paid electronically or set up on auto pay to avoid more fees... I will not set up rent on auto pay because my pay dates could have the rent coming out BEFORE my check gets put in - I am not risking late fees or having the auto pay declined. I will not be resigning a 4th year here, come July they will get my notice and i strongly advise everyone to stay away from here, go find somewhere else to rent from.
I have loved this community from day one three years ago! I can't imagine living anywhere else. Maintenance is always completed in a timely manner and the office staff is kind and courteous when you contact them. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
I just moved here in January 2019. The townhouse had various issues that needed to be addressed but I was able to get them all addressed (up to now) from management and corporate. They have made every effort to fix the issues I have presented to them in a timely manner. There is still one issue that makes me nervous but there is nothing to do now but wait and see so this is not their fault. I am very grateful how attentive corporate has been and how management has been by my side when contractors come to fix the issues and how maintenance has helped me in every way possible (almost always going over and beyond for my family). There is a community website that the community posts and I get to read what others say and how they feel. It is helpful since it allows us to post messages about missing packages, missing pets, issues we have regarding the community. It really feels like home and it makes me feel like we all care about making this place as peaceful as possible during our stay.
