Honestly my favorite furniture place. I keep going back for many things. Most of the time it's much cheaper than the bigger stores and the staff is always extremely helpful.

We stopped to look at a new couch. First one just inside the door we bought it. They have a lot of nice inventory and a good part of it is on sale too. No salesman following you around doing the hard sell stuff. We have made purchases before. They were great a long time ago and stiil are today.
Dealing with this company has been nothing but a nightmare. A little over a year ago we ordered furniture and it was a special order through Lazy Boy. Top of the line leather love seat and couch with a promised delivery date. The date was changed many times and we finally received the furniture... much later than expected and after having to pull in the President of the company to help. Now we are having issues with the furniture already breaking down. Grant you we've had it for less than a year. But spending roughly 6K. So recently we reached out. The lack of customer service is appalling. The woman aka Linda we spoke to was very short and unprofessional over the phone. I can understand why the company is closing. Their lack of care for customers who literally spend thousands should be frowned upon. Stay away from Brown's. Even if they were remaining open, this company would not receive another dime from my family. Their business practices and customer service is shameful, and Linda needs a cup of coffee on her way out the door.
We are always satisfied with their selections. Good quality, third time back. Please don't go away.
This is another awesome Place another awesome furniture store to go to. There are very very pricey, but what do you expect and Blue Springs? They have rooms after rooms after rooms like a maze. It's cool though. I have never bought anything there because it's too expensive. But I do love to look there. Have great decorations also I love looking at what they've got on the tables and on the armoires. This is a great place to get ideas!
Good experience all the way through including on time and professional delivery. Was able to customize and order a 2 piece living room set that was made locally in Kansas! The big place in KC said no special orders you can only pick from what we like. Also pricing was fair and they even worked with us some. Worked with Rhonda she was great.
If you bought something from Brown’s Furniture in Blue Springs. And your sales person was Nancy. Check your receipts. She would over charge customers hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars over MSRP. So she could get more commission 5% by the way. So if she charged you an extra 1000.00 she only made 50.00 and Brown’s made 950.00 and they didn’t do anything to stop her. They have already paid customers thousands back. Check your receipts! Despicable for a “Family Business “! I believe that is what is being said. Check your receipts to see if you were over charged and get those monies returned to you. Notice the owner isn’t denying it happened.
At first we were super excited and like our bedroom furniture and chair. However, we have been having issues with our couch for about two months now. The manager was horrible to work with and interrupted me and started accusing me of the problem. Hoping the problem gets resolved a little quicker and others don't have issues with bad quality of couches. A simple apology goes a long way.
