Deserves ZERO stars. Received online order 62 minutes after order was placed. Ordered extra rice - was told, “Do you see the people in here? We don’t have extra rice.” Mind you, I had already paid for it. Same thing with guacamole, received none and worker stated we would not be refunded. We received no extra portions we ordered...this included cheese, sour cream and chicken. Our order was over 100. No tortillas given when we ordered 4. Worker at the front of the line working on 3/20 between 8:30p and 9:10p - HORRIBLE...worst customer service ever. Called Chipotle to report to manager...no answer; I called 4x. I am actually considering filing a police report. I know this sounds extreme...but what is happening is theft. I paid for something I did not receive and was basically told...too bad. I do have my receipt and pictures of our meals. This is truly disgraceful...the reviews speak volumes. We love Chipotle...sadly we will NEVER visit this location again.

***WARNING TO VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS***Not a good experience at this restaurant. Guy taking order at first part interrupted my sister when she was ordering and was very rude. I’m vegan and have gotten the Tofu mix that they have. I was eating my food when I found a chunk of STEAK. I’m not the type to take to easy with this. Me and my sister got the attention of another worker and she was very polite, she took the burrito and disposed of it and gave us a refund on my order. I won’t be going back To any Chipotle because if this can happen so easily then I won’t trust it any further.
HORRIBLY RAN STORE! Ordered on line and had to wait almost two hours to get my food after it said it was ready. I wasn't the only one that had to wait forever to get my food. They are horrible. Never going again. Whomever owns that location has to be the worst owner ever. Fix it!
My work ordered everybody lunch from here, the order was ready on time but by the time the food got back to the office everybody’s food was cold and we aren’t even a mile away from this location. Also as I was eating my food I found a piece of plastic in it. An actual piece of plastic.
The management of this store seems to be in dire straights. The Chipotle concept is executed consistently at pretty much every other store I've visited, but this place seems to be struggling. The workers seem deeply dissatisfied and unmotivated, which to be clear, is not a reflection on them so much as it is a red flag that they lack strong leadership. I hope this gets some attention from someone with the power to affect change. I'd like for this store to be somewhere I can reliably purchase the Chipotle product and receive the quality and service I have come to expect as standard for this chain.
I have always gone to this Chipotle location because it is the closest to me but it's only ever been okay. I often order quesadillas, even before they were on the menu. I walked in today and asked for a quesadilla and they told me I could only order them online. I've never had this issue before but they refused to make it. Instead, I had to stand inside and order it online. This is absurd especially since I work in a restaurant. I've never been a fan of this location and I won't be back.
Was treated with attitude by cash register worker. Contacted Chipotle put id like to talk to someone since the store would not answer phone. All I get back was a email saying sorry and we will look into it. It will be the last time I eat there, and I enjoyed there food. Chipotle could take some pointers from chick fillet
