I don't give too many recommendations for a multitude of reasons and just doing your job will not get you one. However when I have a great experience from an individual or business that is doing it right I think they deserve to be recognized for it. We just bought our first side by side and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience we had with Dell's Powersports in Blue Springs Mo. From first contact on the phone to the final handshake at delivery every one of the staff was positive, polite and professional. There was no pressure and they were very informative and patient with our many questions. They went the extra mile to get us exactly what we wanted (which changed a couple of times) for a great price. If you or someone you know is thinking about an atv, utv, motorcycle or parts and accessories this is the place. I strongly suggest you at least give them a shot before you buy anywhere else. I am currently working with these guys and the professionalism has started from the top. My first phone call was with Laura in sales and she has done a fantastic job staying in contact with me by phone and email. Hats off to the ownership and staff. UPDATE: I just completed the transaction and I want to still say that this group is top notch. Laura continues to be a smile, and friendly face when entering the dealership. Kyle, the owner, has been excellent to work with. He is a man of his word. This dealer group is building a new location in Grain Valley and I would recommend all my friends and family to do business their. GREAT JOB !!!
This place is great. The whole experience was as smooth as you could ask for. They even worked in dropping some accessories that we had to order off to me while doing another delivery. Great environment you guys have going. Even though there's 5 similar shops between me and dells, I will be going back to them for all toy related needs.
First time purchaser and was recommended Dell's from my MSF instructor. I did my research and wanted the Vulcan S. Which Dell's had an amazing deal on and Nick the salesman made the process easy.
Love these people! Bought my Talon from them and absolutely love it! Quality, service, and professionalism are top notch! I won't go anywhere else.
