i love dunkin. i always get my drink made with almond milk but when i go later at night there’s a certain worker who NEVER makes my drink with almond milk even though he charged me for it

I've only been to this location once - on my birthday. My first and only experience was probably enough to keep me from coming back. If you're stuck in line at their drive-thru, keep your windows up until it's your turn to order. The strong aroma of trash from the waste containment positioned parallel from the menu/intercom system is vomit worthy. I ordered 3 doughnuts. Double chocolate, vanilla kreme, and strawberry frosted. Double chocolate - Very dry. Extemely thin layer of chocolate glaze. Vanilla Kreme - The vanilla cream inside had dark streaks, which I'm assuming (and hoping) was just chocolate. No icing cap as shown on their drive-thru menu. Strawberry Frosted - This doughnut was placed frosting side down in the bag. When it came time for me to eat it, I pulled it out of the bag and it was completely frosting-less as the very thin layer of pink frosting was adhered to the paper. Careless handling of their product. Will look elsewhere for a better managed Dunkin.
The worst donuts in Eastern Jackson County! I went through the drive-through in January 2021 and I saw a moldy sign (see photo) on their drive-through menu. If they can't either properly laminate or replace a moldy sign on their drive-through menu, I don't have much faith in their ability to keep their restaurant clean. The frozen coffee tasted like it was made from powder, the breakfast sandwich was tiny, and they only gave me four hashbrown pieces. This meal might be great for a small child, but I wanted a little bit more. Go down 7 Highway to Lamar's - I guarantee you will be happier!
The Independence Store seems to be understaffed in comparison to other stores in the metro, and the manager does not order enough Old Fashioned donuts. This is the only store where I am told they are not available. The guy working the drive-thru is really kind and provides good service.
I love me some Dunkin'! However, the filling proportions in the filled donuts are lacking to say the least. This is not a huge complaint, I still eat the donuts and enjoy them. I just feel that sometimes you want more than 1-2 bites with the filling.
