Jay is a top-notch therapist who sees his patients not as a collection of broken, aching parts but as a whole human being in need of healing. His expert treatments and his positive outlook lead to the best possible outcomes. He is kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Ashley is equally positive and friendly and welcomes each patient as a valued guest. I have been to other PT practices and none can compare with ETC.

Took time off of my work to come in for an initial consultation. Woke my sleeping baby from his nap, as well. Was told they'd reach out for a script from my physician. Was not called back to say they couldn't get it. And the receptionist was not nice or helpful! Looked at us as if we needed to get out and we were a bother to her.

The ETC Physical Therapy office on S. 7 Hwy. in Blue Springs, Mo. Is the most professional in health care. The staff couldn't be more friendly or more accommodating. The Physical Therapists are very well trained and have the most up to date knowledge in treating their patients. I especially recommend Jay Ryan, head therapist and Ashley, patient coordinater.
